As a youth soccer scout and consultant, I have helped many families navigate the complicated academy landscape in the United States. I have provided evaluations and development plans for some of the top youth players in the United States and helped connect players to MLS academies such as New York Red Bulls, Philadelphia Union, FC Cincinnati, Real Salt Lake, NYCFC and Nashville. Club Consultation

I partner with families who are hoping to better understand the academy landscape in the United States and help them make decisions on which academy/club would be a great fit for their son.

If a player is at a high enough level, I can help connect players with academies to help them get training sessions and trials with academies.

Individual Evaluations and Development Plans

I work with some of the top young soccer players in the United States by providing match evaluations, detailed scouting reports and development plans for individual players.

As a parent of a player with professional aspirations we were searching for an expert within the US youth talent pool to provide an unbiased evaluation of our son's strengths and weaknesses. Marcus provided a comprehensive evaluation that clearly identified areas of focus on and off the field that will enhance our son's development along the academy pathway. Marcus is an exceptional communicator and shows genuine interest in helping players reach their desired goals.
