U.S. Soccer Collective has been advising soccer families in the United States since 2022. We have worked with players from tops club across the United States and Europe including Atlanta United, Charlotte FC, Chicago Fire, FC Cincinnati, Colorado Rapids, D.C. United, Feyenoord, Mainz, Minnesota United, Inter Miami, Nashville SC, New England Revolution, New York Red Bulls, NYCFC, Orlando City, Philadelphia Union, Portland Timbers, San Jose Earthquakes and Sporting Kansas City.

Development

We help players and families understand their strengths, weaknesses and long term position fit by reviewing game film and providing in-depth analysis on their physical, technical, tactical and mental profiles. We have worked with some of the top young players in the United States, including United States Youth National Team players to help develop their game. We primarily work with U14 to U19 players.

Academy placement

The academy landscape in the United States is complicated, especially for families that have not gone through it before. We help families understand what level their kid is at and identify the best development environments for them to reach their goals. We have contacts at almost every MLS Academy in the United States and have placed players at New York Red Bulls, FC Cincinnati, Portland Timbers, Minnesota United and D.C. United.

Career advisement

Soccer is unique in that players often face major professional decisions at an age when most kids are still years away from thinking about their careers. We help families understand and navigate those moments — from evaluating when and whether to work with an agent, to mapping out the different pathways to a professional career across USL, MLS, and Europe. We also guide them through the complex rules governing player movement, both domestically and internationally, so every step a player takes is informed, strategic, and aligned with their long-term goals.
