1. AM, Papo Gordon, Valencia CF
Gordon has advanced technical ability with the ball, combining clean footwork, close control, flair and reliable passing with growing effectiveness as a playmaker in the final third. The main developmental question is how his frame settles as he continues to grow, as managing his length and coordination will be important moving forward.
2. W, Benjamin Flowers, FC Dallas
Flowers brings an appealing mix of athleticism, technical quality, and work rate that shows up consistently in his overall play. The next step in his development is improving consistency and precision in the final third.
3. LB, Easton Odom, Barca Residency
Odom is a dynamic left back with winger-like dribbling ability, sharp change of direction, and acceleration that stands out at his age. His defensive tools appear solid, but slowing down and refining his decision-making will be key as his responsibilities increase.
4. W/AM, Daniel Brown, Charlotte FC
Brown is a smooth, technically refined left-footed player who can operate wide or centrally and shows a strong feel for the game. While he is an adequate athlete, he does not rely on dynamic physical traits and instead must continue maximizing his technical strengths.
5. CF, Santiago Suarez, Atlanta United
Suarez relies more on instincts, movement, and technical quality than size or speed, particularly excelling with his back to goal and in tight combinations. His finishing and box movement are strengths, while his physical profile sets some natural limits.
6. GK, Parker Henry, Colorado Rapids
Henry is an explosive goalkeeper with strong athletic tools, good communication, and a fearless approach in goal. His distribution is solid within his team’s structure, though additional size and continued refinement with the ball would raise his ceiling.
7. CM, Leo Woehl, Columbus Crew
Woehl is highly effective in transition, using balance, pace, and sharp movement to beat defenders and progress play. He is not physically imposing, but his passing accuracy and efficiency help offset that limitation.
8. CB, Malachi Joseph, New York Red Bulls
Joseph offers a valuable blend of size, mobility, and left-footed comfort, with the ability to defend in space and progress the ball under pressure. His main area for improvement is decision-making and consistency in passing when pressed.
9. W, Chris Fitanidis, Cedar Stars Bergen
Fitanidis is a direct and powerful winger who can threaten defenders with pace and strength while using both feet effectively. As his physical development stabilizes, continued refinement of his overall attacking game will be important.
10. CF, Carson Starrett, Inter Miami
Starrett combines size, speed, and work rate with clean ball skills and strong off-ball movement on both sides of the game. Becoming more productive in the final third is the clearest area for growth.
11. GK, Zach Lapierre, New England Revolution
Lapierre is a well-rounded goalkeeper with active feet, strong hands, and good command of his box. While his distribution is advanced, added length would further strengthen his overall profile.
12. CB, Reggie Bailey, San Jose Earthquakes
Bailey is a strong athlete who moves well in space and shows comfort and anticipation on the ball. Additional height and strength as he matures could help him maximize those tools.
13. CB/DM, Caleb Chabala, Philadelphia Union
Chabala is a long, left-footed defender with quick feet, leadership qualities, and an aggressive defensive mindset. Improving his passing range and overall tidiness in possession will be important next steps.
14. LB, Andre Campbell, Inter Miami
Campbell is an athletic left back who excels as a ball carrier and one-on-one defender, using speed and balance effectively. Developing more consistency and threat with his crossing would round out his attacking contribution.
15. DM/CB, Nick Harris, St. Louis City
Harris is a tall, smooth defender who competes well in duels and is comfortable playing out of the back. Adding strength and expanding both the range and assertiveness of his passing will help his progression.
16. CM/DM, Diego Ros, Barca Residency
Ros is one of the most technically gifted dribblers in the group, capable of producing high-level moments on the ball with control and creativity. His limited size and lower defensive impact place more emphasis on his effectiveness in possession.
17. CF, Quincy Lamar, FC Dallas
Lamar is most dangerous in open space, where his speed, power, and dribbling make him a major transition threat. Continued improvement with his back to goal and adapting as physical advantages level out will be key.
18. CM/DM, Jaethan Irwin, Phoenix Rising
Irwin is a long, athletic player with good close control and the tools to be disruptive defensively. His impact improves when playing deeper, and developing stronger instincts will help him better apply his physical gifts.
19. CM/LB, Ian Miller, Portland Timbers
Miller is a highly creative player with flair, confidence, and a willingness to attempt difficult actions in possession. Added explosiveness and positional clarity as he develops will shape his long-term role.
20. DM, Hudson Cicala, FC Cincinnati
Cicala is a polished midfielder who looks comfortable operating as a single pivot, using strong passing technique to control tempo and switch play. While he has good size, his game is built more on intelligence and cleanliness than athletic explosion.
