Academy placement

STEP 1 / FILM EVALUATION

I watch one or two recent matches against his toughest competition to gauge his level and identify the right systems and environments for him, then draw on my knowledge of MLS academy standards and each academy's style and needs to decide together whether it makes sense to move forward.

STEP 2 / ACADEMY TARGET LIST

We align on a list of top three academy targets based on various criteria like playing time opportunity, play style, development track record, proximity to home and housing accommodations.

STEP 3 / ACADEMY OUTREACH

I reach out to my contacts at the three target academies to recommend the player for a trial, sending the details their scouts need to make a decision; if any decline we consider adding new academies to the list, and for the ones that say yes, we connect them with your current club's director to schedule it.

STEP 4 / ACADEMY SELECTION

I follow up with each academy for feedback and their plans for the player, then, if multiple offers come in, give an unbiased read on which one best supports his development and future, working toward a final decision along with housing arrangements and a confirmed start date.

It's important to me that I can help every family that needs it, and I don't want to make soccer more inaccessible than it already is in the United States. For that reason, my pricing is flexible. If my asking price isn't feasible, let me know what is, and we can work something out.

The cost is structured so that you pay when we achieve progress. The film evaluation is a fixed price to determine if we move forward. From there, I only ask for payment if I successfully secure at least one trial and if a an academy roster spot is secured.
